Wait List Agreement

WAIT LIST AGREEMENT

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions for the Buyer to join the waitlist for a puppy.
 

1. Wait List Management Fee

A non-refundable Wait List Management Fee ("Management Fee") of $200 is required to join the waitlist. This fee is non-refundable except under the following circumstances:

• The Breeder is unable to match the Buyer with a puppy that meets the specified preferences within 12 months of receiving the reservation fee.

• The Breeder changes breeding plans or cancels all future planned litters, leaving no viable options for the Buyer to receive a puppy within a reasonable timeframe (12 months from the date the reservation fee is paid).

• The Breeder ceases breeding operations entirely.
   

2. Buyer’s Preferences

At the time of reservation, the Buyer must specify their puppy preferences (e.g., breed, gender). These preferences will be used to match the Buyer with a suitable puppy.
 

3. Notification and Reservation Process

• The Buyer will be notified when the Breeder has a litter with one or more puppies matching the Buyer’s specified preferences.

• Upon notification, the Buyer must confirm their reservation within 24 hours. If no response is received within 14 days of notification, the Breeder reserves the right to remove the Buyer from the waitlist, resulting in forfeiture of the Management Fee.

• The Buyer may pass on one litter and transfer their reservation fee to a future litter; however, declining a second offer may result in removal from the waitlist and forfeiture of the Management Fee.
   

4. Gender Preference and Availability

At the time of reservation, the Buyer must specify their desired puppy gender. If the Buyer decides later to change this gender preference, they will be moved to the end of the waitlist for that gender. Additionally, if there isn’t an available puppy that matches the Buyer’s chosen gender in the current litter, the Buyer can transfer their reservation to the next available litter—but in doing so, their position will be placed behind those already on that waitlist.

5. Breeder’s Rights

The Breeder reserves the first and second picks of each litter and retains the right to:

• Adjust breeding plans or cancel litters as needed.

• Void the transaction and remove the Buyer from the waitlist, with a refund of the Management Fee under the qualifying circumstances outlined in Section 1.
   

6. Puppy Holding Fee and Final Payment

• Upon accepting a puppy offer, the Buyer must pay a non-refundable Puppy Holding Fee of $300 to secure the puppy. This fee will be applied toward the final purchase price of $3,500 in addition to the $200 Waiting List fee.

• The remaining balance of $3,000 is due on or before the puppy pick-up date.

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. (Please note that payments made via credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay are subject to an additional 3% processing fee.).
   

7. Ownership Terms

• Puppies are sold as pet-quality companions only and do not come with breeding rights.

• A signed spay/neuter sales agreement is required within 7 days of reserving a puppy, which typically occurs 1–2 weeks after the puppy’s birth.
   

8. Removal from Wait List

The Buyer may be removed from the waitlist under the following conditions:

• Failure to confirm a reservation within the specified timeframe.

• Declining two offers for a puppy.

• Breach of the terms outlined in this Agreement.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Wait List Agreement. The Buyer understands that payment of the Management Fee constitutes acceptance of these terms.
