Bella is the stunning daughter of our foundation dogs, Charlie and Clara, and she was our breeder's top pick. She's the daughter of our Russian-pedigreed AKC red poodle, Charlie. She has a gorgeous coat and wonderful temperament. Both of her parents are OFA certified (health tested and cleared for hereditary conditions).

Bellatrix is a devoted, velcro-style companion - the kind of dog who will wait outside the bathroom door with her paws tucked under it, just to be close to you. She's affectionate, playful, and endlessly social, thriving in a home where she's right in the middle of family life.

She has a confident, expressive personality. She's not shy about letting you know when something's happening, and she takes her self-appointed role as watchdog very seriously. With other dogs, she's happily bossy (and will absolutely advocate for her housemates too). With people, she warms up easily and loves being part of the action.

Bellatrix's genetics are normal/clear for all testable genetic diseases, except for one copy of a gene associated with CDDY/IVDD, a common variant found in miniature poodles that is not a concern for this breed.
